If you have not already done so, please follow the below linked information and install an application called “Self Service”.
Every MS student needs to do this process.

The application is designed to distribute applications to students and teachers so that they can install applications by themselves.
This means that students and teachers will not have to hand in their laptops to get applications installed for them.If you are having problems installing the “Self Service” program, please see the MS ETS staff or Mr Lea.
