Here’s how to move files and folders within your Mac computer.
Open two Finder Windows,
Arrange them so that you can see both windows at the same time. One on top and one on the bottom.
One window is to be used as the source window and the second window is to be used as the destination window. (see image below)
Once you have set up the windows, you can simply select and Drag and Drop as required.
